Here, residents will enjoy the freedom to design a lifestyle uniquely their own—pursuing daily work, gathering for optional evening activities, sharing nutritious meals, and turning neighbors into lifelong friends. Backed by a dedicated network of community leaders, we are proud to offer a safe, welcoming space where every individual is empowered to live with dignity and experience a true sense of belonging.
Meet the Builders
To bring the vision of Grace Community House to life, we have partnered with Rinello Builders—one of Northeast Ohio’s premier custom builders with over 47 years of construction excellence. Founded in 1978 by Frank Rini, Rinello Builders brings an exceptional team of tradesmen, top architects, and interior designers dedicated to creating spaces of warmth, dignity, and function.
Known throughout the Cleveland area for their quality craftsmanship and community commitment—including their successful partnership with the DiGeronimo Companies to build Cornerstone of Hope in Independence—Rinello will construct Grace Community House with the structural excellence, beauty, and peace of mind our residents and their families deserve.

Born From Love, Faith, and a Dream
Grace Community House began with a young woman named Grace and her parents, Leslie and John. Like so many families, they searched Northeast Ohio for a safe, loving place where their daughter with Down syndrome could live independently, with dignity, and surrounded by friends. As they searched throughout Northeast Ohio, they discovered a heartbreaking reality. While there were a few communities that offered this type of living, none had availability for Grace. Some had waiting lists of a hundred adults wanting a place to call home.
Then life took an unexpected turn. Leslie was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. Suddenly, the search for Grace's future became even more worrisome. Their greatest hope was simply to know that Grace would always have a place to call home- a place where she would be loved, supported, and surrounded by a community of friends that would help her thrive.
Moved by their journey, we received a vivid calling: to build the very community Grace and so many others need. Inspired by Grace’s resilient spirit and built on God’s grace, Grace Community House was born. We exist to transform one family’s hope into a lasting sanctuary of purpose, lifelong friendship, and true belonging for adults with developmental disabilities.
